James G Mulvenna has been trading since 1979 in the North Down/Greater Belfast and has a wide range of experience in most aspects of construction including new build’s, apartments, renovation’s, refurb’s On the left margin you will find links to some previous work going back to the eighties. In recent years I have specialized in low energy projects, and am pleased to offer high specification wall and ceiling systems. These systems are much superior both thermally and acoustically with our high-performing insulation acting as an integral part of the building structure and is one of the most crucial elements making the design of low energy building possible. Low energy and very low energy houses do not need to distinguish themselves from traditional buildings in terms of appearance, but they do require intelligent design and I am happy to offer a period finish of your choice to most projects. I started my Carpentry apprenticeship with Reg Newall (AKA “the Squire” one of the old school builders and a character Bangor sadly miss’s) Since then I have been involved in a wide range of contracts in various countries. North Down I have traded mainly as Bangor Building and Roofing.I have also worked on contracts in Germany and Holland and also worked on Potsdammer platz the largest construction site in Europe at the time.
