The Prime LE SIP is a jumbo SIP large element product of 8 x 24 ft in length and is able to provide a number of benefits to developers and end home owners alike. The product is able to provide a wealth of benefit features such as; providing a low cost affordable housing structure, eco friendly, short-time frame construction, highly energy efficient Internationally certified and accredited building product with a BRE and sustainable home level 4 and 5 compliant and many more areas. The Company believe that the Prime LE SIP structure is superior to any other build system in the market and is the future of property development throughout a range of sectors. - Prime LE SIP is a Structurally Insulated Panel, comprising a wood based of Oriented Strand Board and Expanded Polystyrene Foam. The Prime LE SIP is a large element lightweight panel of 8 x 24 ft in size. Why does it take a faster time frame to build than other systems? The elements are large enough to be placed directly onto the site, these are then joined to each other to create a structure which enables the frame to be erected in a day. The frame also comprises the roof which in in the same design as the Prime LE product and these are placed and joined onto the frame as soon as the frame is ready. This creates a far shorter time frame compared with conventional systems. What are the thermal heat absorption and retention properties within a Prime LE SIP structure? When evaluating the insulating performance of a wall system, several factors should be considered. Most common among these is R-value. R-value is a measurement of the ability of different materials to resist conductive heat transfer (movement of heat through solid material). The higher the R-value of an insulating material, the better it is able to resist heat loss or gain. Our SIP panels from range from R20 through R38, compared to R-11 which is common in stud built walls. The team have been active in the UK property investment and development market for over 20 years.
